Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have. We never sell your data.
Effective July 13, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how GPUVerse (“GPUVerse”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit gpuverse.ai or use the GPUVerse platform, including GPUVerse Discover (the “Service”).
The short version: we collect what we need to run an infrastructure recommendation service , your account details, the workload descriptions you submit, and operational usage data. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workload data to train third-party AI models.
Information we collect
Account information. Name, email address, and a password (stored only in hashed form). If you sign in with a third-party identity provider (OAuth/SSO), we receive basic profile details from that provider, such as your name, email, and avatar. If you enable two-factor authentication, we store the data needed to verify it.
Workspace and organization data. Organization names, member lists, roles, and invitations for the workspaces you belong to.
Workload and plan data. The workload descriptions you submit to Discover (model type and size, scale, latency, region, budget, compliance needs, and similar parameters) and the infrastructure plans, projects, and settings you save. Please don’t include personal data or secrets (such as API keys) in workload descriptions , they aren’t needed to generate a recommendation.
Billing information. For paid plans, our payment processor collects your payment details; we receive only limited information such as plan, billing status, and partial card details, never full card numbers.
Usage and device data. Log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps), security events (such as sign-in attempts), and aggregate performance measurements (page speed / web vitals) used to keep the Service fast and reliable.
Communications. Your email address if you subscribe to compute market updates, and the contents of messages you send us (for example, support requests).
How we use information
- Provide the Service: generate recommendations, save plans, run your workspaces.
- Authenticate you and secure accounts, including two-factor authentication.
- Process subscriptions and billing for paid plans.
- Monitor, debug, and improve performance, reliability, and the recommendation engine.
- Send service messages (security, billing, changes to the Service) and, only if you opted in, marketing or market-update emails, which you can unsubscribe from anytime.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Workload data and recommendations
Workload descriptions are used to compute your infrastructure recommendations and to improve the accuracy of our engine. We may analyze recommendation inputs and outcomes in aggregated or de-identified form (for example, “demand for a GPU class by region”) that does not identify you or your organization. We do not sell workload data and do not use it to train third-party AI models.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete content or your account, records are marked deleted immediately and purged from active systems and backups within a reasonable period (typically 30–90 days), except where we must retain certain records longer for legal, billing, or security purposes. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained without time limit.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, role-based access controls that default to deny, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security , if we learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by law. To report a security issue, contact gpuverse.ai@gmail.com.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- opt out of marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link or account settings);
- lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings, or by emailing gpuverse.ai@gmail.com. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
Children
The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 16 (or the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves, for example, when new features such as automated provisioning or billing launch. We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
