Terms of Service
The rules of the road for using GPUVerse. Plain language where possible, precise language where necessary.
Effective July 13, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GPUVerse (“GPUVerse”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the gpuverse.ai website and the GPUVerse platform, including GPUVerse Discover and any related APIs, documentation, and services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to it.
The Service
GPUVerse is an AI compute intelligence layer. Our first product, GPUVerse Discover, takes a description of your AI workload and produces an explainable infrastructure recommendation: a suggested provider, GPU, region, estimated monthly cost, tradeoffs, architecture outline, and alternatives across third-party cloud and GPU providers.
GPUVerse is not a cloud provider, GPU marketplace, or reseller. We do not sell, rent, or operate compute capacity. Purchasing and running infrastructure with any provider we recommend happens directly between you and that provider, under that provider’s own terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available. Notify us promptly at gpuverse.ai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service supports organizations (workspaces) with role-based access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for who they invite, the roles they assign, and their members’ use of the Service. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Plans, billing, and trials
The Service is offered on a free Starter tier with usage limits (for example, a monthly number of discoveries) and on paid subscription tiers (Pro, billed per workspace, and Enterprise, under a separate agreement). Current pricing and tier features are listed on our pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the period already paid, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices or tier limits with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal. Trial terms, when offered, are described at signup.
- We may adjust free-tier limits at any time to keep the Service sustainable.
Recommendations and cost estimates
Recommendations, confidence scores, cost figures, performance projections, and availability signals produced by the Service are estimates, generated from provider catalog data, published pricing, and modeling assumptions that can change or be incomplete. They are provided to inform your decisions, not to replace them.
- Actual provider pricing, availability, quotas, and performance may differ from our estimates. Always verify terms directly with the provider before purchasing.
- Recommendations are not financial, legal, or professional advice, and following them does not guarantee any particular cost, savings, performance, or compliance outcome.
- Compliance-related signals (such as region or data-residency options) are informational only. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance.
Third-party providers
The Service references and compares third-party providers (for example RunPod, Vast.ai, Lambda Labs, CoreWeave, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud). These providers are independent of GPUVerse. Any account, purchase, deployment, or dispute with a provider is solely between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for their services, pricing, security, availability, or acts or omissions. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the Service does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of applicable law or these Terms;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass authentication or usage limits, or interfere with its operation;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract catalog, pricing, or recommendation data, or resell, redistribute, or offer the Service (or data derived from it) to third parties as a competing product;
- reverse engineer the Service except where the law permits it despite this term;
- share account credentials or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious (including malware).
We may suspend or throttle access that we reasonably believe violates this section while we investigate.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service, workload descriptions, infrastructure plans, project names, and similar material (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We may also use data derived from usage in aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify you or your organization. Details on how we handle personal data are in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, including its software, recommendation engine, design, catalogs, and documentation, is owned by GPUVerse and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY RECOMMENDATION, ESTIMATE, OR AVAILABILITY SIGNAL IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPUVERSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING COSTS INCURRED WITH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS IN RELIANCE ON A RECOMMENDATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). THESE LIMITS APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold GPUVerse harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your dealings with third-party providers.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Your Content licenses needed to wind down, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) survive.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
The Service evolves, features may be added, changed, or removed, and some capabilities (such as automated provisioning) may launch later or in beta form. We may update these Terms from time to time; for material changes we will give notice (for example by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GPUVerse is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence grants you non-waivable rights or venue. Before filing a claim, please contact us; most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.
